If you’re worried about any marks at all, always speak to us first so we can advise on the best action to take. In general, kindness goes a long way— the bags in our collection much prefer to sit on your lap than the floor, for example, and don't love feeling overstuffed. We inspect each bag upon return, and we’ll let you know if there’s any issues at all.

Shipping & Returns

We ship our ReSale bags internationally. Country specific customs fees and duties will be displayed in checkout, as well as the final shipping price. You will not expected to pay anything in addition to this. Changed your mind? Please contact our membership team who will advise on the best way to return your bag based on your location. All returned bags must have the security tag in tact upon receipt back to COCOON.
