How does borrowing work?
Choose your tier, complete a quick ID check and you are in. Browse 500+ bags and have your chosen bag delivered within 2 to
3 working days. Keep it for your borrowing period, return using prepaid packaging and choose your next one.
How long can I keep a bag?
Each borrowing period is either one or three months, depending on the bag. You can return it anytime within this period and
choose a new bag straight away.
What happens if a bag is damaged?
Normal wear and tear is covered. Significant damage may incur a repair fee.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, after completing your minimum term. Monthly memberships: 60 days minimum. Quarterly: 90 days. Email
membership@cocoonclub.co.uk at least 5 business days before your next charge date.
How quickly will my bag arrive?
We aim to deliver within 2 to 3 working days of your order being confirmed. You will receive tracking as soon as your bag is on
its way.
What's the difference between Deluxe and Platinum?
Deluxe: 480+ bags, up to 2 swaps/month, priority requests, exclusive events. Platinum: full 500+ collection, up to 2 bags
simultaneously, high-demand access, source bags on request, exclusive events.
