I’ve just signed up, what happens next?

Welcome! Once you have checked out with a COCOON membership, our approval process includes two key steps: ID verification and a soft background credit check.
You will be asked to confirm your identity through our secure third-party ID verification partner where you will be required to submit a photo of your government-issued ID. This will then be matched with a live selfie to prove your identity alongside the ID provided.
Please note that your COCOON application is not complete until you have completed the ID verification process. Once your application has been approved, we will send your first bag order to you!
Minimum membership term

At COCOON, our aim is to provide the ultimate value and variety for our members and community. In order for us to do so, we require full time members to commit to a minimum term of 60 days for a monthly membership, and 90 days for a quarterly membership. Flexi members are also required to commit to a minimum term of 90 days. Once you’ve completed your minimum term, you can cancel at any time - just email us at least 5 days before your next billing date and ensure your bag order is returned too.
Can I reserve a specific bag that is currently out with a member?

Our bags are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’ve fallen for a style that’s out with a member, head to the bag’s page on our website and click Notify Me to start getting email notifications every time that bag comes back in stock.
What happens if I lose or damage an item?

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, you need to email us at membership@cocoonclub.co.uk at least 5 business days before your next charge date. You must have completed the minimum term of 60 days for Monthly memberships or 90 days for Quarterly memberships. Your membership will end the day before your next charge within the notice period, provided your bag order has been returned.
Can I get a membership if I'm not in the UK?

Not at the moment, sorry! Membership is currently only available to UK residents. However, our ReSale pieces are available to ship internationally!
