Now the world's most valuable luxury brand, Louis Vuitton label was founded by Vuitton in 1854 on Rue Neuve des Capucines in Paris, France. 

Three types of canvas are produced: Monogram, Damier Ebéne and Damier Azur. The Maison’s iconic monogram canvas, features the recognisable quatrefoil pattern, circle, flower and ‘LV’ logo symbols. Leather handbags are at the heart of the Maison’s heritage, and Louis Vuitton emblematic leathers, for which the House is renowned are textured epi, embossed Monogram empreinte, or delicately perforated Mahina calf. 

Louis Vuitton handbags come in various sizes, with not all bags being available in all sizes: BB size, which stands for "Baby Bandoulière", the smallest size. PM: “Petit Modele” or small model. MM: “Moyen Modele" or medium model. GM: “Grand Modele" or grand model

How do you grade your bags?

To ensure your order meets your expectations, we determine each bag’s condition before listing it on our website and share this condition grade on each bag’s page. Some of our vintage styles and classic bags have already lived a full life (if only bags could talk…) and may show unavoidable signs of light wear. We have designed a straightforward condition grading matrix to fairly value and categories our styles, using an 6-letter grading system. If you have any questions regarding our condition grading, please contact our membership team.

A Excellent to Very Good Condition - Like new, used but no visible signs of use
AB Very Good to Good Condition - Well maintained with some signs of wear
B Fair Condition - Visible signs of wear from frequent use
