We give our members exclusive access to the most sought-after new season, pre-owned and limited edition bags on the market - with new bags added every week from the most exciting brands. Think of us as your handbag hotline! And if we don't have it, we'll find a way to get it to you.
WE GUARANTEE AUTHENTICITY & QUALITY
We source our bags from the most reputable vendors, so each bag has gone through a rigorous authentication process before it reaches COCOON. Our partnership with The Restory, an experienced team of luxury goods experts, means our bags are kept in mint condition.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
JOIN THE CLUB
Submit your application to join COCOON. A member of our team will reach out to confirm when your application has been approved.
MEMBERSHIP
Once approved you pay your £99 monthly membership fee. This covers your monthly subscription fees, light repair and service fees, your first delivery and one monthly complimentary swap. A 30 day minimum term applies, see Ts&Cs for details.
HOLDING FEE
Our £100 refundable holding fee is required to become a COCOON member. This fee will be held against your account for the duration of your membership in case of damages.
CHECK & ACCESS
After completing your membership payment, we will carry out a soft background COCOON credit check within one working day. We'll follow up to confirm your membership and get your first bag to you. This will not affect your credit score and is for ID verification purposes only.
