Some of our vintage styles and classic bags have already lived a full life (if only bags could talk...) and may show unavoidable signs of light wear. We have designed a straightforward grading matrix to fairly value and categorise our styles, using a 6 letter system. Shipping & Returns

We ship our ReSale bags internationally. Country specific customs fees and duties will be displayed in checkout, as well as the final shipping price. You will not expected to pay anything in addition to this. Changed your mind? Please contact our membership team who will advise on the best way to return your bag based on your location. All returned bags must have the security tag in tact upon receipt back to COCOON.
