FULL TIME MEMBERSHIPS
between £1500 - £3500
Think of full time membership as the total package. With our Premium and Deluxe plans, the collection becomes an extension of your own closet. Always have a COCOON bag with you and experience more luxury over time than anywhere else (for a flat fee that works for your lifestyle). Take advantage of swaps included in your membership plan, to exchange a bag for a new one when you’re ready for a style update. You also have the freedom to hold on to most of our bags for up to 3 months. Purchase additional swaps to access more bag newness and take advantage of weekly Bag Passes to access a second bag for a week at a time from any COCOON collection (*T&Cs apply).
FLEXI MEMBERSHIPS
Commitment-phobes, this one’s for you. With Flexi Membership, it’s easier than ever for you to experience COCOON on your own time. Pay an upfront Flexi Membership fee for access to the COCOON collection, then you can purchase weekly Bag Passes every time you want to take home a bag in the collection (e.g. fallen for a style in the Deluxe Collection? You’ll need a Deluxe Bag Pass to access it). No pass, no play. You also have the freedom to keep a bag on a rolling weekly basis until you reach the bag’s access limit (1 month or 3 months). At the end of your Flexi Membership term, your membership will automatically renew unless you choose to cancel.
Add-Ons
Purchase add-ons to get even more COCOON in your life. Flexi members can purchase Bag Passes to access a bag for a week at a time (why not stock up?). Full time Premium and Deluxe members can take advantage of Additional Swaps or weekly Bag Passes to access a second bag for a week at a time.

MINIMUM MEMBERSHIP TERM
At COCOON, our aim is to provide the ultimate value and variety for our members and community. In order for us to do so, we require full time members to commit to a minimum term of 60 days for a monthly membership, and 90 days for a quarterly membership. Flexi members are also required to commit to a minimum term of 90 days. All memberships require a 30-day cancellation notice period. Please see our full terms and conditions.

How do you grade your bags?
To ensure your order meets your expectations, we determine each bag’s condition before listing it on our website and share this condition grade on each bag’s page. Some of our vintage styles and classic bags have already lived a full life (if only bags could talk…) and may show unavoidable signs of light wear. We have designed a straightforward condition grading matrix to fairly value and categories our styles, using an 6-letter grading system. If you have any questions regarding our condition grading, please contact our membership team.
